I am a Solicitor working in the Private Client team.  I am here to assist you when making important decisions about you and your families’ future and ensure your best interests are protected.

I can assist you with a range of Private Client services including:

  • Probate – guiding you through the process and supporting you with the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates;
  • The preparation of your Will;
  • Drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Court of Protection matters - whether that be advising on making an application to the Court of Protection or queries relating to ongoing management of Deputyships.

I am a fully accredited member of the Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and have received training through the Alzheimer’s’ Society Dementia Friends initiative.  I have an empathetic and considerate approach and will ensure any service I provide is tailored to support the elderly and particularly those diagnosed with dementia.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and providing a friendly and supportive service, during what can often be a difficult time dealing with a loved one's estate or helping manage the affairs of a relative who is in long-term care.

I graduated from Aberystwyth University with a 2.1 LLB (Hons) in Law and continued my studies through the Legal Practice Course (LPC), graduating in 2012.  After gaining my training contract in a Wiltshire based regional firm, I qualified as a Solicitor in 2015.

Prior to joining Metcalfes in January 2019, I gained experience in administering complex estates with overseas assets, the creation and management of trusts and advising on the validity of home-made wills in the course of obtaining probate.

Please get in touch for further information or advice on any of our Private Client services.
