The Personal Injury Team is looking to recruit a Full Time Legal Secretary working in our Bristol office.
You will provide secretarial support and assistance to the Personal Injury Team and other Teams as and when required.
This role will include:
- typing a range of legal documents;
- audio typing;
- dealing with clients;
- carrying out various office administration;
- file opening/closing;
- organising meetings/events; and,
- flexibility to support other Teams as and when required.
Previous legal secretarial experience of working within a busy team is a requirement. You should be a strong team player with a willingness to learn, initiative, a meticulous eye for detail, a good telephone manner and excellent organisational skills. Accuracy is a key element of the role.
Our standard minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English do apply.
